There are students who would like to have accreditation from foreign countries and huge number of students are looking forward to practice ADR globally.
If we collaborate to fulfil this need it would be beneficial for those who desire to plan in for ODR.
Full guidance can be provided to the students and role play can be designed taking into consideration of Global aspects and which can cover Commercial, Community and Personal aspects. Vivant will take care of Offline training with its expertise in the field. The institute can conduct few online sessions if it desires to do so.

The POSH course truly offered valuable insights, especially into subtle yet significant observations. For instance, while the case of Aruna Shanbaug is commonly discussed in the context of euthanasia, this course shed light on the often-overlooked aspect of sexual harassment that was central to her tragic story. Another eye-opening revelation was how numerous Bollywood songs blatantly violate the principles and provisions of the POSH Act — something rarely acknowledged in public discourse. Even though we are from the field of law and are already familiar with the Act, this course deepened our understanding by uncovering nuanced perspectives and providing comprehensive coverage of every provision. It was an enriching and thought-provoking experience.
